Waxholmsbolaget environmental policy
Waxholmsbolaget shall work for a long term durable community and good environment for the coming and for the generations of today. With points from Stockholms county council's political environmental program we have taken on the following environmental policy.
We work to prevent pollution and reduce waste and the consumption of resources.
The ships are operated in a way not to disturbe the sourroundings more than needed.
We watch the development of new environmental techniques within the shipping sector.
We have environmental requirements for contractors and goods
We consider the environment when planning our operations
We follow the applicable environmental legislation to continiously improve our work for the environment.
