Rules and conditions for the photo contest

1. The photos should have a motive of the archipelago and we would love to see photos with a connection to any of our destinations.

2. You can send in a maximum of 4 contributions to the contest.

3. If there are any people in the photo they must have approved that the photo may be published by us.

4. Waxholmsbolaget owns the right to freely use and publish the photos in their marketing, printed matters, website, ads etc.

5. To enter the contest you must fill in all information in the form when you upload your photos.

6. You must withdraw your right of disposition to the original photo and any possible changes that have been done to it after you enter the photo in the contest. You are responsible to hold Waxholmsbolaget indemnified for possible contributions that might not comply with the copyright law.

7. Contributions with motives that might seem offensive will be excluded from the contest.

8. The jury is made up of 2 people from Waxholmsbolaget and one photographer.

9. Possible tax of profit is paid by the winner.

10. The size should not exceed 2MB and all photos should be in jpeg-format.
